Kundalini Yoga

There are two basic ways to obtain happiness.  Fulfillment of desires and relaxation.

Your goal is to activate the kundalini and eliminate toxins and blockages. A powerful kundalini is related to a person's inner power that the person possesses.

In Kundalini Yoga a kriya is a series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome. Practicing a kriya initiates a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the body, mind, and spirit simultaneously. There are kriyas that support the liver, balance the glandular system, make you radiant, stimulate the pituitary, increase the flexibility of the spine, and many more. Each kriya has a different effect, but all work on all levels of your being.

Exercises that stimulate the chi in the body causes the body relax. Relaxation brings out happiness. You must develop a strong nervous system. One's dharma is that he/she must have a strong nervous system to be relaxed and happy. A strong immune system is also a must.

Fear causes anxiety.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.
