What is a Mantra

Sanskrit believed mantras to have psychological and spiritual powers.

Mantra is a structured formula of thought. 

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage. 

Everything in this universe has been created to become a teacher.

Life is a gift but we forget it. 

The mind becomes a monster when it becomes your master. The mind is an angel when it is your servant.

What is a Guru

You have a guru to experience the soul. 

It is the spirit of guidance that allows you to reach your destiny and become great.


The Guru should take away your doubt and darkness. He should rekindle your spirit, and redirect you towards your goal. He should remind you what reality is, and keep you going toward that reality. 

He should remind you of your energy.

This is the job of the Guru, one who has the confirmed habit to speak the infinite truth in all circumstances. 

It will freak you out, but it will keep you on the path of righteousness.

The Guru is a guide that can take you from the darkness into the light. The Guru is an ocean where you can totally merge yourself and come out washed and clean. The Guru is a store of technical know-how where you can go and get taken care of so that you are fit again to take up the responsibility of this planet. 


The Guru is the secret chamber of your inner self where you can confide your greatest secrets and be guided in the light of righteousness.

Ultimate Health

Ultimate Health is a complete physical, mental, social, spiritual and financial well-being while engaging in fulfilling activities in life. It's also a quality of life. 

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Good living conditions (e.g., housing, employment and health care) are fundamental to well-being. 

How is well-being defined?

  • Emotional well-being.

Why is well-being useful for public health?
